Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a crew in various landscaping projects. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and expertise in landscape maintenance and construction. Must be able to lead by example and have an extremely strong work ethic!
Duties:
- Lead and supervise a crew of 3 workers, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to high standards
- Plan and execute landscape projects, including mulching, edging, planting, hardscapes, drainage, etc.
- Oversee the use of tools and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and maintained properly
- Provide guidance and training to crew members on proper techniques and procedures
- Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and client expectations
- Use knowledge of landscapes to utilize what approach would be best for the clients
- Must be able to show up on time
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in landscape construction and maintenance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of landscape principles and techniques
- Proficient in operating landscaping tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent physical stamina for lifting heavy objects and performing manual labor

Pay: $19.00 - $25.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
